Lou Ann - Dental Hygienist Team Leader

Hello! I’m Lou Ann ….one of the five dental hygienist’s we have here at the office. I started working with Dr. Becker in 1987. My work schedule has varied greatly over the years as my family grew from just one to four children. I have worked years of very full-time to years of very part-time and am currently employed three days a week.
 
My career in dentistry began when I graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University at Ft. Wayne in 1984. When I moved to the Indy/Fishers area in 1987, I began working here with Dr. Becker. I have had the opportunity to acquire friendships with some patients over the years and treasure those relationships. We have three female dentists that I have the privilege to work with here and it makes a great working environment for me. I live in the Fishers area currently with my family and spend a good deal of time at several HSE schools volunteering.
 
I believe you will find our office to be quite state of the art, but at the same time give you a very relaxed and cared for feeing on each and every visit. We strive every day to give each patient we see a great dental experience. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you to attain your dental needs as well as cosmetic desires!!

Beth - Doctor's Assistant Team Leader

I started my career in dentistry in 1984 and joined Dr. Becker's team in 1992.  Over the many years we have become "family". My personal attachment to Dr. Becker and her practice is because of the genuine care and concern she has for her patients and staff.

We have had many long lasting relationships with patients over the years. I enjoy watching our families grow, meeting their friends, their co-workers, and developing relationships with then as well. I look forward to making our new patient's feel as comfortable in our practice as I am everyday.

Dr. Becker provides the most current technology and an excellent relaxing atmosphere, not only for the patients, but for the staff as well. I consider it a privilege and a pleasure to work in one of our dental suite's complete with a privacy door, a  LCD TV, and a beautiful view of our outdoor waterfall in our bird sanctuary.

When I am not at the office, you will find me either on the beach in Florida or helping at my daughter's school or planning another gathering for our very large family.

Karen - Front Desk Team Leader

Hi I am Karen. I came to work with Dr. Becker in 1997 after moving back to the Indianapolis area from Ft. Wayne. I have 2 grown daughters.

I love that we have generations of patients that do not have a fear of dentists because of the gentle care they have received in our office. There are many patients that will never need extensive dental work because of the comprehensive preventive care that we offer. Our goal is to preserve your own smile but when our help is needed you will have the best care available.

I enjoy helping patients with the challenges that are related with insurance and I appreciate what a beautiful healthy smile can do for a patient's confidence.

During my personal time I enjoy cooking, reading, golfing, bike riding, and working out.
