It’s never fun to bite into one of your favorite foods only to experience a sudden burning or painful sensation. There are a number of things you can do to help your sensitivity. For instance, we recommend avoiding hot colds, as well as foods that are extremely cold. You may also want to consider limiting the amount of acidic foods, tomatoes, soda, coffee, and alcohol you eat and drink. Finally, please note that spicy and sugary foods could also cause discomfort.

You see, you may experience sensitive teeth if you have gum disease or if your roots are exposed. Luckily, our team can help you address either of these issues. Similarly, if your sensitivity is not too extreme, certain low abrasion toothpastes may help you keep your smile strong.
