Still, red wine may be an option to consider because it can also help you reduce inflammation in your gums, which can lead to gum disease.

In other words, you may be able to keep your teeth brighter by simply avoiding these drinks. If that isn’t something you want to do, you can also drink water after any of these beverages to rinse out your mouth. On a similar note, please remember to wait at least half an hour after you drink to brush your teeth. If you don’t, you could damage your teeth.
